Kaliyoga Studio offers Yoga for every body, every day - in person and online on zoom. Since 2009 we pride ourselves in creating a warm environment that welcomes everyone, no matter what age, shape or level of fitness. Poses are taught with modifications and variations for all individual needs and levels.
We offer gentle Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Flow Yoga, Back Care, Pilates and Somatics.
