Nicola Cusi

Nicola Cusi was born in Linz, Austria, January 11 1966. After university she worked in Vienna, Austria, Sweden, Paris, and France. 1995 she moved to the country in the south of France, were she lived for 7 years teaching Yoga, studying herbalism and raising her two children.

After a one year travel through North and Central America she settled on beautiful Vancouver Island were she taught Yoga in her home and at the Shawnigan Lake Community Center and practiced herbal medicine.

Since 2008 she has been teaching Yoga at “Cedars at Cobble Hill”, a drug and alcohol Rehab Center.

September 2009 she opened her studio “KaliYoga” in the heart of Shawnigan Lake, BC.

Trained as a Yoga Therapist Nicola offers tools of Yoga that can be used by anyone - no matter what age, level of fitness, state of health. Nicola’s gift and interest is to make Yoga accessible to all different interest groups – children, teens, mums with babies, people in recovery, elderly with limited flexibility, and people looking for a serious workout or wanting to complement their sports and fitness program. In the true teaching of Hatha Yoga, as long as we breath we can do Yoga!
